Big Brother winner says "Go Veggi"

Chantelle Houghton has been chosen to be the new face of the "PETA" campaign to promote vegetarianism.

In one of the adverts Chanetelle is clearly saddened at the thought of eating a giant hot dog although dressed in very raunchy underwear. Also with a caption next to her saying "Eating meat got you down? Fight impotence. Go vegetarian!"

Well for some of the information given I would agree, eating vegetables can help towards a balanced diet weight loss and improve erectile dysfunction.

But I would cut out meat in your diet and expect a similar reaction to Viagra UK

  1. I would like to be evolved enough to stop eating meat, but unfortunately I enjoy it too much. The best I can do is not eat endangered fish, minimize the amount I eat and choose leaner types. Contrary to what most think, vegetarians are not leaner than meat eaters, too much starch in the diet and that has a host of health issues as well. Balance and moderation.

  2. Interesting post. I didn't actually see the ad but it sounds a little racy. Where was it aired?
And I definitely agree with "Personal Trainer Los Angeles." I wish I was dedicated enough to give up meat. But I can say that I'm not a HUGE meat eater. I try to limit myself to 2-3 meals per week. Also, for anyone looking for inspiration to go vegetarian or vegan "Skinny Bitch" is a great book. It definitely opened my eyes to a lot of things about the industry that I had not previously known.
