Erectile Dysfunction, Diabetes and Heart Disease

Men with diabetes having trouble keeping an erection could be at increased risk of serious heart problems”, A report presented on BBC has revealed. According to the report, people with erectile dysfunction are twice as likely as other men with diabetes to develop heart disease. This finding could apparently be used to “alert both patients and healthcare providers to the future risk of coronary heart disease”.

The study followed 2,306 diabetic men for four years and found that the men with erectile dysfunction were 1.58 times more likely to have a cardiac event (fatal or non-fatal heart attack or surgery for heart disease).

Despite its shortcomings however, this research corroborates what other studies have suggested. It suggests that an assessment of erectile dysfunction could be useful when assessing the risk of heart disease in men with diabetes.

  8. Yikes, but I agree with you. There's indeed a relationship between diabetes and erectile dysfunction and heart problems. We should all really do all we can do to keep diabetes at bay. Thanks for sharing this once more.

  10. People suffering from the above problem should simultaneously do exercises for diabetes and heart because its true that those suffering from diabetes
are more likely to have heart risks.

  12. Human can defeat such diseases by his own, our nature is adapted for such things (I mean we can get rid of our diseases without any drugs), but we must know how... ))

I know a lot of cases, when people leaved their bed only by their will to recover.

    With respect, Wisp.

  15. Cialis has been found effective in erectile dysfunction treatment and even people with certain medical conditions are now able to live a normal and healthy sex life.

  16. I have better results with Online Viagra then Levitra. Viagra is easy to use, acts quickly and does not give me side effects. I noticed better effects when I am taking Viagra without eating anything. I think that this way Viagra enters into the blood flood stream faster giving better results.

  17. Unfortunately, this has been a fact for years for most male patients of diabetes. Most of the men in my family who have not acquired the disease yet are now very careful. People who have diabetes have no choice but to resort to erectile dysfunction drugs.
